Herbal Consultations
At Fleurish Botanical Medicine my aim is to get you feeling comfortable again, so you can get back to enjoying life! I achieve this with my clients through personalized support, in-depth research and individually tailored herbal preparations suited to your specific needs and lifestyle.
To support your health journey we will first complete an Initial Consultation. Once all the relevant information has been collected, I will offer suggestions for lifestyle, diet and supplements. Next, I will formulate one or more herbal preparations designed to give you symptom relief and facilitate long-term health. Follow-up sessions and further formulations are typically required, as a general rule, for every year you have had a condition expect it to take a month to repair (when herbs are taken appropriately and lifestyle suggestions are made). Rest assured, at Fleurish only the highest quality herbs are used sourcing locally, wild-crafted, or organic when possible, so you can be certain you are getting therapeutic level plant medicine.

I offer my consultations in person at Origin Health Clinic located in Comox and through Video Call from the convenience of your home. If you are the type where life gets in the way of your ability to make appointments, try video chat - there is no need to rush to your appointment anymore! Make yourself a cup of tea, grab a blanket, turn on the video and let's connect. After the appointment, herbal remedies will be made and you will be notified when they are available for pick up at Origin Health Comox or Cumberland. Remedies can also be shipped, please advise if you will require this and an extra shipping charge will be added. With these offerings and my store products I hope to make wellness attainable (and delicious) for all!

Join me in this deep dive into your health picture. We will discuss current health conditions, past medical history, medications, diet and lifestyle to offer you personalized recommendations. At the end of the session you will be provided with a treatment plan outlining expected health changes, lifestyle and diet suggestions, as well as suggested herbal remedies and their purpose. For acute conditions an initial intake may be all that is needed, however chronic conditions will require more time.

During follow-up appointments we will go over any changes to current health picture, new symptoms or symptom relief will be noted, lifestyle/diet suggestions will be updated, and herbal formulas are adjusted to address where your body is now at. Follow-up appointment frequency is dependent on health condition - digestive disturbances heal very quickly and therefore two week intervals are recommended, whereas conditions that are related to hormones would require longer time between appointments.

Check-In appointments are beneficial for those who have been on a formula for an extended period of time. These appointments are necessary to update any medications, symptoms, and to assess or modify the herbal formula. Please bring any questions that have come up, flavour preferences, or suggestions so that we can keep your formula appropriate for your current state. These appointments are only available to clients who have been on a set formula for over three months.
