Growing up between prairie fields and rainforest mosses, my first lessons were learned by intently watching nature - noticing what others saw as ordinary I met plants as kin. Fleurish Botanicals medicinal offerings are born of these conversations - slow harvests, intentional blending, and crafted with love. Made with locally harvested or organic botanicals and formulated with you in mind, I aim to create therapeutic products that you look forward to taking.

Step into the rhythms of the land and learn to recognize the plants growing all around you as both food and medicine. In this workshop, we’ll explore how to harvest and work with local plants that are deeply attuned to our shared environment—offering nourishment for the body, gentle remedies for the home, and support for the garden.
Together, we’ll gather knowledge that sparks curiosity, guiding you outside to build relationships with your local botanical allies. You’ll learn to identify and safely harvest seasonal plants, understand their medicinal and culinary uses, and discover how they can be prepared as simple, nourishing plant tonics for your garden.
By reconnecting with the abundance close to home, this practice not only deepens your relationship with the land, but can also ease the need for store-bought goods—bringing more self-reliance, presence, and shared experience into your everyday life.
You’ll leave with practical skills, seasonal recipes, and a handmade plant tonic, along with inspiration to continue harvesting, learning, and growing in your own landscape.
